Aviation infrastructure specialists

Our current development is located in Dubai South – Aviation District, where we are constructing two modern MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) hangars that will appear architecturally connected, creating a unified and futuristic complex within the district.

Each hangar is built on a Code C plot and designed to accommodate up to three Airbus A321-XLR aircraft or multiple smaller business jets. The project also includes attached G+2 office buildings, providing administrative and technical support spaces.

DWC Aviation Complex

Two next-generation MRO hangars are currently under development at Dubai World Central, tailored to support Airbus A321 aircraft. Designed with precision and efficiency in mind, each hangar is built on a 7,224 m² plot and features: ▷ Number of Hangars: 2 (appearing as one connected complex) ▷ Hangar Dimensions: 84 m × 59 m × 14 m (clear door height) ▷ Office Building Dimensions: 84 m × 9 m × 3 floors ▷ Hangar Door Type: Horizontally sliding system ▷ Built-Up Area per Plot: 7,224 m² ▷ Combined Total for Both Plots: 14,448 m²
